SHIPPING 

We provide direct air mail service worldwide from Standard to Express shipping. Once your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking code and instructions by email.

How much is shipping?

We proudly offer free Standard Shipping for every order over $49 USD.

How do you ship packages?

Packages shipped from our US & European warehouses are shipped through USPS or national post services.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 185 countries around the world, upon product availability. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME 

General items: We generally process and ship these orders within 1-3 business days. Orders placed during weekends or on holidays will be processed on the next consecutive business day. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will email you the best available option. 

Handmade items: To ensure each handmade product's quality and the materials' freshness, we reserve up to 2 weeks for every artisan & designer. Please expect up to two weeks of production and processing time before shipping.

* Priority Processing orders will be prioritized for production & processing, which usually only takes 1-3 working days before shipping.

 

ORDER TRACKING 

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, we may split your order into multiple shipments. If this occurs, you’ll be notified and receive a tracking number for each shipment.

Wrong address disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct.  We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.  Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Lost/Stolen Packages

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier.  If you have any further questions on how to do this please reach out to our customer support through our contact page.
